Eric Ambrosino asked me to create a poster for his graduate thesis film at Columbia University. The film is set entirely in a van and follows six bandmates heading to their first big gig. Unfortunately for them, Madana is in town on her Virgin Tour which caused a major traffic jam resulting in the band to miss their show.
The concept for the poster was to riff off of 1980's band posters while also feeling like a movie poster.
